Cultivate your health, daily
Fitness coaching that starts with your blood test
Take an at-home blood test. Coach Arun Teja reads your report and writes an Indian meal plan and training programme for your body — not a template. Follow it every day in the app, earn Harvest Points, and retest after 8 weeks to see what changed.

Why start with a blood test?
Because two people with the same goal can need very different plans. A blood test shows things you cannot see in the mirror — low vitamin D, borderline blood sugar, low iron or thyroid changes. Fitfarmer uses your results to decide what to eat, how hard to train and what to fix first.
Your markers, not averages
Your plan is written around your own report, so the priorities are yours — whether that is energy, fat loss, strength or blood sugar.
Food you already eat
Dal, roti, rice, paneer, eggs, curd, sabzi. Plans are built from everyday Indian food for vegetarian, eggetarian and non-vegetarian homes.
Proof after 8 weeks
You retest at the end of each cycle, so progress is measured in numbers, not guesswork — and the next plan adapts.
How the 8-week cycle works
Book a home blood test, get your report in the app, receive a plan written by Arun Teja, follow it daily while earning points, and retest at week 8. Anything medical in your plan is checked by a partner doctor first.
Home blood test
A technician collects your sample at home. Results arrive in the app.
Arun reads your report
He looks at your markers, goals and routine before writing anything.
Your personal plan
Indian meals, a training split and daily insights — reviewed by a doctor if anything medical is involved.
Grow the habit
Log meals and workouts, build your streak plant and earn Harvest Points.
Retest and adjust
Week 8: a new report shows what changed, and your plan evolves.
Your coach
Arun Teja
Arun is a strength and conditioning coach and men's physique athlete. His coaching covers three things together — exercise, nutrition and psychology — because a plan only works if you can actually stick to it.
A doctor behind every medical call
Arun writes your training and food plan. If your plan needs a supplement, or your report shows a marker that needs medical attention, a partner doctor reviews it before it reaches you. Fitfarmer never diagnoses or prescribes.
Harvest Points
Plant a habit. Watch it grow.
Every workout, logged meal, glass of water and good night's sleep earns Harvest Points. Your streak is drawn as a plant — it sprouts, flowers, and turns gold at 30 days. Points unlock badges and Fitfarmer vouchers.
What a day looks like

Quick answers
What is Fitfarmer?
Fitfarmer is an online fitness and nutrition coaching service for India. You take an at-home blood test, coach Arun Teja writes a personalised Indian meal and training plan from your report, and you follow it daily in the Fitfarmer app. You retest after 8 weeks.
Is Fitfarmer a replacement for my doctor?
No. Fitfarmer coaches fitness and food. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Supplements and abnormal blood markers are reviewed by a partner doctor, and you should always see your own doctor for medical concerns.
Do I need to go to a lab?
No. The blood panel is collected at your home by a lab technician, and the report is delivered straight into the app. Available locations depend on the lab partner and will be confirmed at launch.
How much does it cost?
One 8-week cycle includes the blood panel, your plan, the app and check-ins. Launch pricing is still being finalised — see the pricing page for the current placeholder figures.
