What does a cycle include?
A cycle covers one blood panel, one personalised plan, 8 weeks of coaching in the app, and doctor review where needed. The retest at the end of the cycle begins your next one.

Pricing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy one 8-week cycle at a time. At the end of the cycle you choose whether to continue.
Can I pay with UPI?
The plan is to accept UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking through an Indian payment gateway. The gateway will be confirmed before launch.
What if I want to stop?
Cancellation and refunds depend on how far your cycle has progressed — for example, whether your blood sample has been collected. The refund policy explains each case.
Can I use Harvest Points to pay?
Harvest Points have no cash value. They can be redeemed for Fitfarmer vouchers, such as a discount on a retest, but they are not money.
