Step one of every cycle
The Fitfarmer blood panel
Your plan starts here. The panel covers the markers that matter most for energy, body composition, recovery and long-term health — collected at your home and delivered into the app.
What does the panel check?
The panel groups markers by what they tell your coach: blood count and iron for energy, sugar and fats for metabolic health, thyroid for metabolism, vitamins for recovery and bone health, and liver and kidney markers as a safety check before training harder.
The final panel — about 32 markers — will be confirmed with the lab partner. The groups below show what a fitness-focused panel typically includes.
| Group | Typical markers | Why it matters for your plan |
|---|---|---|
| Complete blood count | Haemoglobin, RBC, WBC, platelets | Energy, oxygen delivery, recovery |
| Iron | Ferritin, serum iron | Fatigue and endurance — common in Indian diets |
| Blood sugar | HbA1c, fasting glucose | Carbohydrate choices and meal timing |
| Lipids | Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides | Fat quality and cardio emphasis |
| Thyroid | TSH | Metabolism and energy |
| Vitamins | Vitamin D, vitamin B12 | Bones, muscles, nerves — often low in India |
| Liver and kidney | SGOT, SGPT, creatinine, urea | A safety check before increasing training or protein |

How home collection works
You choose a slot in the app, a trained technician comes to your home and draws a small blood sample, and the lab sends the results straight into your Fitfarmer account. You do not need to visit a lab.
Cities and pincodes covered depend on the lab partner and will be listed at launch.
How to prepare
- Fast overnight for about 10–12 hours if your panel includes fasting tests — water is fine
- Book an early-morning slot
- Skip hard training the day before
- Tell the technician about any medicines you take — do not stop them without your doctor's advice
Follow the lab's own instructions if they differ.
Blood test questions
Is the blood test included in the cycle price?
Yes. Each 8-week cycle includes one panel, and the retest at the end of the cycle starts your next cycle.
Who sees my report?
You, coach Arun Teja, and — only when your plan needs medical review — the partner doctor. You give consent for each of these in the app, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
Where is my data stored?
Fitfarmer is designed to keep your data in India. Health data is handled under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See the privacy notice for details.
Will Fitfarmer tell me if something is wrong?
Markers outside the lab's reference range are flagged in your report. Anything that needs medical attention goes to the partner doctor, and you will be advised to see a doctor. Fitfarmer does not diagnose conditions.
