The 8-week cycle
How Fitfarmer works
Fitfarmer turns one blood test into a plan you can follow every day. Each cycle has five steps and lasts 8 weeks. At the end you retest, compare, and start the next cycle with a sharper plan.
Sign up and share your goals
Create your account with your mobile number, give consent for how your health data is used, and tell us your goal, diet (veg, egg or non-veg), training experience and daily schedule.
Take the blood test at home
Pick a collection slot. A lab technician visits your home to take the sample — usually early morning, after an overnight fast. Your report arrives in the app.
Arun writes your plan
Coach Arun Teja reads your markers alongside your goals and routine, then writes your Indian meal plan, training split and daily insights. If the plan includes a supplement or your report has a marker that needs medical attention, a partner doctor reviews it before it is released.
Follow it daily and earn Harvest Points
Log planned meals, complete workouts and hit water, steps and sleep goals. Each action earns points, and your streak grows as a plant. Arun sees your adherence and checks in.
Retest at week 8
A second blood test shows what moved. Arun compares both reports and writes your next cycle's plan.
Who does what
Arun is your coach for training and food. A partner doctor reviews medical items. The lab collects and tests your sample. You follow the plan — and the app keeps score.

Questions about the process
How long does it take to get my plan?
Your plan is written after your report arrives in the app. If it needs doctor review, that step comes first. Exact turnaround times will be confirmed at launch; the app shows you which stage you are at.
Why 8 weeks?
Many blood markers take weeks to respond to changes in food, sleep and training. Retesting after about two months gives enough time for real change while keeping you accountable.
What if my report shows something serious?
If a marker needs medical attention, the partner doctor reviews it and you will be advised to consult a doctor. Fitfarmer will not coach around a medical problem that needs treatment.
Can I use my own recent blood report?
This is being decided for launch. For now, every cycle starts with the Fitfarmer panel so that reports are comparable from cycle to cycle.
