Terms of service
These terms are a working draft for the demo and must be finalised by a qualified lawyer before launch.
1. Who we are and the service
Fitfarmer is a trade name of Legal name to be confirmed, a sole proprietorship of Arun Teja (to be confirmed), Registered address to be confirmed, India to be confirmed. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that business.
Fitfarmer provides online fitness and nutrition coaching based on your blood test results. Coaching is provided by coach Arun Teja. A partner doctor reviews medical items in plans. Fitfarmer does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or prescriptions — see the medical disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. You must give accurate health information, including existing conditions and medicines.
3. The 8-week cycle
A cycle includes one blood panel, one personalised plan, coaching in the app for 8 weeks and doctor review where needed. Timelines depend on sample collection, lab turnaround and review.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Cancellations and refunds follow the refund policy.
5. Harvest Points
- Points are a loyalty feature with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned.
- Referral points are credited only after the referred member completes their first paid cycle.
- Points gained through misuse (for example, false logging to farm points) may be removed.
- Fitfarmer may change the points rules with notice in the app.
6. Your responsibilities
Train within your limits, stop and seek medical help if you feel unwell, and tell us about changes in your health. Do not share your account.
7. Content and intellectual property
Plans, guides and app content belong to Fitfarmer and are for your personal use only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fitfarmer is not liable for injury or health outcomes arising from not following the plan, not disclosing health information, or ignoring medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction city to be confirmed.
